African Sulcata Tortoise  Geochelone sulcata

    Our Sulcata group is comprised of 1.3 adults.  One pair of adults are captive bred and born.  The remaining adults are wild caught.  Sulcata are very personable tortoises.  Some will come right over to us and insist on some sort of attention.  Either scratching their necks or providing food.  The later is usually the case!  These tortoises go through large amounts of food and grasses as adults, so be prepared.  Also, be careful about what is left inside their enclosures for they will most likely attempt to eat it or battle with it.  Please click on the following button for our:
